Whipped up the delicious fall flavor inspired salad using greens from Local Bounti. I also think some feta or gorgonzola cheese sprinkled on top would be so yummy!

1 container Romaine Lettuce (This is from Local Bounti and So gooood!)

Half a Pear, chopped

Half an Apple, chopped

Half a Red Onion, Chopped

4+ Slices of Bacon, crispy and chopped

Handful of Candied or plain Nuts

Handful of Dried cranberries

Honey Mustard Dressing

2-3 TBSP Honey

2-3 TBSP Mustard

2-3 TBSP Olive Oil

salt, pepper

Squeeze of lemon juice
